Bloomfield Development Corporation hosts open and public community meetings where residents can learn about project proposals directly from developers, ask questions, and
express concerns.
All are invited to attend the meeting on Tuesday, June 25th, 6:30 P.M. at the Irma Freeman Center (5006 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15224). The developer of 4312 Main and owner of Trace Brewing, Dave Kushner will present a proposal to renovate the current
vacant commercial building to create a brewery and coffee shop space with courtyard seating.

The organizers of the annual Little Italy Days festival will be holding a public meeting open to all at Pleasure Bar on Monday, May 20th at 5:30. See the message from Sal Richetti below:
“My team and I will be hosting a gathering for any and all business/residents and Community groups that would like to meet us and have any questions or concerns. It will be at the Pleasure Bar on Monday, May 20 at 5:30 PM.
The final meeting of the Bloomfield Gateway community planning process, an Open House-style event, will be held on April 10 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm in the Nursing School Auditorium of West Penn Hospital, 4900 Friendship Avenue. This is an informal event with presentations set up that people can walk through and explore at their own pace, and children are welcome (and encouraged!) to participate. Light refreshments will be available, and an accessible entrance is located off of Mend Way in the rear of the building.
